SMART Recovery Service

SMART provides community based drug and alcohol treatment for adults and young people in Wokingham. The service offers one-to-one recovery sessions, assessments, group activities, well-being clinics and needle exchange. Service Users can access accredited courses, training and unstructured support, such as gardening, cooking and arts. SMART also offer online support via SMART CHAT - free, confidential support and information on anything related to drugs and alcohol. SMART CHAT is available from 6pm-11pm every day of the year. You can ask us for advice for yourself, a loved one or someone you know.
