Vale Royal Community Team

The team is made up of health professionals who specialise in working with people with learning disabilities. The members of the team work together to plan and provide a range of services for people with learning disabilities who may be experiencing additional needs. These needs may include:mental health difficulties, complex health needs, communication difficulties, physical difficulties, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, autism, specialist support for forensic issues.
