Hastings Therapy

At first it is often difficult to think about starting counselling, but it does become easier. Sometimes there can be an initial anxiety as the appointment approaches, but once you arrive, my therapy room is a safe space for you, in a peaceful and welcoming environment. The aim is not to give you advice but to increase your understanding and help you explore options you may not have considered, and different ways of coping. Counselling offers you a confidential therapeutic relationship in a safe environment where you meet regularly, and where the trust and the empathy of the relationship is more important than the theoretical approach. Counselling sessions are usually on a weekly basis and last fifty minutes.I charge £40 for 50 minutes, this can be negotiable in relation to circumstances, and I have limited places at a reduced fee at £25.
