Monday to Friday at Westmill Community Centre - Open daily 10.00am to 4.00pm Delivering - Psychosocial interventions through Structured day programme, group therapy sessions - 11.00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm daily One-to-one counselling One-to-one Key Work support providing support and advice on housing, finance/debt management, employment support and advice, access to other services/joint work with agencies such as GPs, Mental Health and Raid and Crisis Teams, onward referral to mutual support, homeless/rough sleeping interventions Targeted Outreach Support/Street Workers targeting difficult to reach people engaged in drinking/substance misuse in public spaces, lead on homeless/rough sleeping and misuse for the Borough, access to housing/shelter, Key Work support and advice as above.Coming soon - Acupuncture and Family/Carer Services
