The Living Room

St Albans centre (est. 2012) provides all addiction day-time group therapy for 5 days a week non-time limited and free. We support in excess of 200 people a year to obtain long term recovery from their addictions. St Albans also has additional support groups for Disordered Eating and a separate Friends and Family group once a week. Our outreach programme in Watford for over 50s with excessive alcohol use, is well attended.
