Avalon Ward

The Avalon Ward provide a highly specialist in-patient national service for adults between the ages of 18-65 years, both male and female, diagnosed with a severe eating disorder, mainly Anorexia Nervosa. Referral Criteria & Process - From an identified Care Co-ordinator in their local area, Referrals are accepted by e-fax, email or telephone via Team administrator, and assessed by Lead clinicians. Referrals should be a letter faxed to 020 3513 6105 or to the dedicated/secure email address: ssg-tr.nationalreferrals@nhs.net.
