The staff, both therapeutic and support undoubtedly saved my life. A 3 month stay was hugely daunting but necessary for myself and I doubt I could have managed it without their support, empathy and compassion. In particular Rachael, my therapist, I’m forever grateful for her care, compassion and support. The program is well rounded and comprehensive enough to provide a thorough understanding of addiction and a solution that can work. I’m happy for the first time in decades. Primrose has changed my life for the better and I couldn’t be more grateful

The treatment here at primrose has been fantastic. A full schedule has left me more confident in myself to carry myself forward and has taught me so much about myself, my addiction, and the things I can do about my problems without resorting to drink or drugs. The therapy team here as well as the support staff are excellent and incredibly patient and understanding.
